Classes to Help Improve Your Body & Mind

We’re hoping you want to be better in a few areas of your life, and we hope you’ll let us help you reach your goals. Many of our classes focus on using the fundamentals of fight sports to improve your whole self and help you be more physically and mentally strong, confident, and capable.

That’s right. Fight sports. The real stuff.

Back in the day, George Forman once said “Boxing is the sport to which all others aspire.” While you’re in control of the level of contact, all classes will support you and push you to make yourself strong, lean, and powerful. You’ll reduce stress, increase energy, build muscle, overcome challenges, become healthier, improve your sleep, get lean, reduce stress, discover and learn how to unleash the power you have inside you, and even learn a bit about defending yourself.

Fight Shape

Our Fight Shape classes will teach you the punches and kicks you’ll need to attack the heavybag and release all the unsavory bits from your day. The combos, calisthenics, and plyos will wash away any negativity while building strength and burning calories. You’ll rock out to some great tunes, get your adrenaline pumping, unleash your fury on the bag, and finish up feeling empowered and ready to face the world.

Fight Skills

The Fight Skills classes will add even more lethal to your weapons. You’ll learn more about the hows and whys of striking, practice and hone your skills with a partner hitting mitts, and build the confidence that comes from knowing better what your body is capable of and how to use it. You can take those skills up a notch and practice live sparring if you want, or take your new skills/knowledge to your fight shape classes to make things more interesting. Just like the life you’re creating for yourself, you’re in control.

Fight or Flight

If you want maximum intensity without focusing on kicks/ and punches, the Fight or Flight classes will test what you’re made of. As always, this adventure allows you to control the intensity, but your instructors will push it using treadmills, plyo boxes, rowers, kettlebells, Versaclimbers, battle ropes, airdyne bikes, medicine balls, etc, in a wild n’ wooly interval class that will never leave you asking for more but, y’know, in a good way.
